These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player", "you") and Bossku77 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at bossku77.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or in any way using the Bossku77 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have registered.

These Terms apply to all activities conducted on the Platform, including but not limited to casino gaming, live dealer games, sports betting, virtual sports, cryptocurrency transactions, bonus claims, and all communications with our customer support team. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Member on the Bossku77 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account, including both deposited funds and any bonus or promotional credits where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by Bossku77 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money into a Member's Account using any supported payment method, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document verification and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Platform" means the Bossku77 website, mobile site, and any associated applications operated at bossku77.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Member's Account to their designated external payment method.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia.

To register and maintain an Account on Bossku77, you must meet and continuously satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction applies universally and without exception to all users of the Platform.
2. You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, associations, and non-natural persons are not permitted to register accounts.
3. You must not be registered or located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not currently be, nor have previously been, self-excluded from the Bossku77 Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
5. You must not be employed by, or related to an employee of, Bossku77 or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or gaming software providers.
6. You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
7. You must not have an existing Account on the Bossku77 Platform. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.

When registering an Account on Bossku77, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, current residential address, valid email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

Bossku77 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on Account funds during the KYC verification process. This hold does not constitute a forfeiture of funds and will be released upon successful verification, subject to these Terms being satisfied.

Bossku77 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods, reflecting our commitment to serving players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all of Malaysia. Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency options including BTC, ETH, and USDT (TRC20).

Bossku77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and the 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the time of the offer and form part of this Agreement.

• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period. Unused bonus funds that expire will be forfeited without notice.
• Bossku77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus or withhold associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, colluding with other players, or exploiting game mechanics in a way inconsistent with good-faith play.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the relevant promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Bossku77 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively alter the terms of an active, already-claimed bonus.

All games available on the Bossku77 Platform — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, blackjack, poker, fish shooting games, and sports betting — are subject to their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• All RNG-based (Random Number Generator) games on Bossku77 are independently certified for fairness. The outcome of each game round is determined by a certified RNG system and cannot be influenced by the Platform or any player.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate and based on theoretical long-term averages. Individual session results may differ substantially from published RTP figures.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In-play bets, once accepted and confirmed, are binding. Cancellation of in-play bets after confirmation is not permitted except in the case of a verified system error on Bossku77's part.
• Bossku77 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of: (a) a system error that produced incorrect outcomes; (b) suspected match-fixing or manipulation; (c) exploitation of a software bug or pricing error; or (d) any other circumstances that would make honoring the bet manifestly unfair.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Bossku77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balances, as well as referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, payment fraud, or identity fraud.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, software, or artificial intelligence system to access, interact with, or manipulate the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, including communicating hole cards or game outcomes in live dealer games.
• Systematically exploiting bonuses, promotions, or software errors through conduct that constitutes bonus abuse or arbitrage.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any aspect of the Platform's software or systems.
• Engaging in harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct toward other players or Bossku77 support staff.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law, without Bossku77's prior written consent.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Bossku77 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, user interface, graphics, trademarks, logos, game content, software code, databases, and written content, are the exclusive property of Bossku77 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display of Platform content without prior written authorisation from Bossku77 — is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bossku77, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Bossku77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Bossku77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bossku77 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Bossku77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims initiated by the Account holder.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an Account is terminated for reasons other than breach of these Terms or regulatory requirements, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting Bossku77 customer support. Voluntary account closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned subject to KYC verification and withdrawal policy compliance.

Bossku77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. All Members are encouraged to gamble responsibly and to treat gaming as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income.

Bossku77 provides the following responsible gambling tools, which Members may activate at any time through their Account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that prevent excessive deposits.
• Loss Limits: Configurable loss thresholds that trigger a mandatory cooling-off period when reached.
• Session Time Limits: Alerts and automatic session termination after a specified period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing time elapsed and net session result.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes and claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bossku77 holds its operating licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is identified in the licensing disclosure available upon request.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through Bossku77's internal complaint resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The place of arbitration shall be determined by the arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Bossku77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction in circumstances where it considers such relief necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

Bossku77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, Bossku77 will provide reasonable notice to registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. The date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent update.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to an updated version of the Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with clause 11 above.

Bossku77 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect your rights and obligations as a Member.

Bossku77 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our support team, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution process described in clause 13.
